1. Consistency:
I make sure I place an Avon order each campaign. This helps increase the amount of credit that Avon gives reps. I make sure I do not spend money that clients pay me for their orders. I pay my orders on time each campaign. When I get my brochures, I make sure that I pass ALL of them out in a timely manner so that potential or clients will have time to decide on what they want to buy.
2.Work On Building My Downline:
I keep in touch with my downline by sending out emails and just letting them know that if they need anything, I am here to help. I work on recruiting new reps just as often as I work on getting new clients. Today I am currently working on ways to give incentives to my downline for their outstanding work. I am also working on preparing my own training videos for my downline.
3. People Enjoy Deals
I post current clearance items and special promotions that Avon has to offer on social media. I encourage all reps to create a free facebook page for their business and post at least three times a week. I try to post promotions, blog post, what's new with Avon, videos, and just anything that will attract people clients and recruits.
4. People Want To See Results
Twenty seven years I became a licensed cosmetologists. Cosmetology defined is the study of the beauty culture as a whole. I use what I was taught in beauty college in conjunction with my Avon training to educate people about skincare. Posting before and after facial images shows people that not only does the product make a person look better but helps skin look and feel flawless. I strongly recommend if you are a person into skincare to study each product because clients will have questions that you should want to be able to answer at the time they ask. If you can't simply say that I am not sure but will find out and contact you as soon as possible with your answer. People seem to ask a lot of questions about acne products. Our acne products are great for marketing before and after photos.
5. I'm Very Professional
I go an extra mile to help both my recruits and clients. Putting mints and coupons in the bag with my Avon brochures are just the small touch that my clients enjoy. I am always thinking of new ways to put a smile on their faces. Without them, my business would not be a success. When I receive new orders, I make sure that I give my clients a thank you card. This can also be done virtually and even by text messages if the cost of purchasing cards is too much. I call back clients as soon as I know they have called. One thing that has helped me be succesful in this business is calling my clients as soon as I have their order. (make sure before you contact clients that you have their correct order.) If something is wrong with an order, Avon is very good about fixing anything that was their mistake.
